1. Is it Complete? Our systems are all complete including monitor, keyboard and mouse.

2. Is it Internet Ready? Our systems are tested with live Internet Connections.

3. Does it come with an Operating System? Our systems come with a legal copy of the Windows XP Operating System.

4. Does it come with Anti-virus, Malware & Registry Protection? We provide AVG, Adaware & C-Cleaner with each system sold.

5. Does it come with Word Processing, Spreadsheet & Presentation Software? All our systems are come with preinstalled Open Office which provides MS industry compatible Word Processing, Spreadsheet & Presentation Software.

6. Is it Refurbished or just Used? We test all hardware and completely reformat the disk and reinstall all software. No information (or viruses) from previous owners remain on our systems.

7. Does it have a Warranty? Your Retro-Tech system comes with a 30-day in-store warranty with no cost repair or replacement. This is better than warranties provided by national distributors like Geeks or New-Egg.

8. What is the Repair Policy? We continue to service our systems even after warranty is over. We can diagnose and often fix your older problem systems for a $30 bench fee.

9. If you have a Question, Who do you Call? Our staff can answer many of your questions about using your system even after your purchase. We go out of our way to be helpful. We are also starting classes in June of 2009 on computer usage, commonly used software, hardware repair and networking. Call us after June 1 for class schedules.

10. Who do they Serve? Retro-Tech is a non-profit company comprised of volunteers working to help others. Money spent with us goes to cover our overhead, not into the pocket of a corporation or store owner.
